You will dispatch linehaul equipment, enter dispatch events, monitor metrics, and ensure DOT compliance while supporting drivers and contractors.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, issue resolution, and collaboration with BC/AOs to maintain service integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Administrative support or dock operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for transportation operations.

Responsabilités

• Monitor daily service, safety, cost and quality metrics and address issues.
• Coordinate load plan changes with ICs/ISPs and update Vision/VRP systems.
• Investigate customer service complaints and resolve issues with customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance documentation and insurance for assets.
• Maintain DOT files for drivers (IC, ISP, Temporary).
• Support corrective action plans from BCSA tests.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment and enter dispatch events.
