Job summary

FedEx Logistics seeks an Operations Coordinator to support pickup and delivery operations. You will coordinate quality, service, and administrative tasks, while coaching drivers and optimizing routing software to improve efficiency.

The role requires good English, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. This on-site position offers growth within the FedEx P&D network and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Six months of P&D ops, admin support, training, or customer service experience.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Runs and optimizes routing/delivery software to optimize P&D service.
• Dispatches couriers to minimize costs and ensure service integrity.
• Tracks service, safety, cost, and quality metrics for the facility.
• Investigates and responds to customer complaints and schedule delays.
• Reports and follows up on accidents, delays, and equipment failures.
• Coaches drivers and conducts check rides for safety and methods.
