You will monitor service metrics, resolve issues, and communicate with contractors, ISPs, and temporary staff to maintain on-time delivery and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field is preferred.
• Administrative support, customer service or dock operations experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations including DOT requirements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor facility reporting metrics on service, safety, cost and quality daily.
• Investigate performance issues and coordinate with BC/AO to correct inaccuracies in reports.
• Communicate with BC/AOs, ICs, ISPs and temporary staff regarding load plan changes and input into Vision/VRP systems.
• Address customer service complaints such as disputed deliveries and missing packages to ensure satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate management channels.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure DOT compliance for company and vendor equipment.
• Ensure insurance and maintenance documents are up to date for assets and drivers.
• Coordinate dispatch of linehaul equipment and log dispatch events accurately in the system.
• Investigate linehaul delays, accidents and equipment failures and implement contingency plans.
• May perform driver release audits and organize driver training classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
