FedEx Freight is seeking a qualified individual to support, coordinate and communicate with operations, planners and drivers to move freight safely, timely, and cost-effectively. The role includes entry and reporting in required systems and close collaboration with the line-haul network.

The candidate will assist in dispatch, manage driver logs and hours of service, and work with multiple internal and external teams to resolve issues and ensure compliant, efficient service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of general clerical, Logistics or Business experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT and hazmat regulations preferred.
• Knowledge of company policies/procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Knowledge of PeopleNet, TCHEK/Comdata and MCMS preferred.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
• Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist drivers with entry of road calls and report delays, overweight citations, road side incidents and other events.
• Coordinate with vendors and sign off on services for breakdowns, accidents, and spills.
• Help troubleshoot drivers' work days to ensure timely dispatch and proper pay.
• Provide information to Transportation Planners and Operations Management on logs, manifests and registrations.
