Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Ohio to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensure SOP compliance, and uphold delivery performance with timely billing.

The role supports returns, order updates, and carrier communications. Candidates should have a background in logistics or transportation, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including RA processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; one year or more related experience required.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and forward to Network Carriers.
• Update and schedule orders on RTBS report with carriers.
• Process and manage Returns Authorizations and related follow-ups.
• Manage monthly Open RA report and investigate delays.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report for PODs and invoicing.
• Respond to invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
