Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH within our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role focuses on managing 4th party carrier relationships, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, accurate billing, and high customer satisfaction.

The position involves coordinating with Network Carriers, processing returns, maintaining reports, and supporting the Operations Supervisor. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS and coordinate with Carriers for scheduling.
• Process returns authorizations and related RA documents for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Investigate orders on the Over 50 report and verify delivery with POD or customer follow-up.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
