Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves processing returns, RA management, updating schedules, resolving invoice questions, and supporting the Operations Supervisor. Candidates should have logistics/transportation experience and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on the RTBS report and coordinate with Network Carriers to schedule deliveries.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Investigate orders on the 'Over 50' report and confirm delivery with POD or customer follow-up.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with scheduled dates.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks and act as backup for phone/email.
