Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing.

The role supports network carriers, coordinates returns, and maintains schedules to keep customers satisfied. The position requires strong organization, communication, and logistics experience, with salary paid hourly, and benefits including medical, 401(k) match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and fax to Network Carriers.
• Update and schedule orders on RTBS report with Network Carriers.
• Process and track Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Investigate orders on the Over 50 report to confirm delivery and enable invoicing.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
• Validate complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
