Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing for our supply chain initiatives.

Responsibilities

Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers.
Research and update orders on RTBS report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled.
Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related tasks for all locations.
Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
Research orders on the Over 50 report and update system for invoicing.
Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with scheduled dates.
Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
