Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role includes coordinating delivery tickets, RTBS order updates, RA processing, and reporting to support operations while providing backup coverage as needed. Requires logistics experience and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS reports and coordinate with carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations and related disruptions for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Investigate 'Over 50' orders to confirm delivery and enable invoicing.
• Respond to invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Provide backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
