Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in New Albany, OH is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain delivery performance and timely billing.

You will handle carrier tickets, RTBS scheduling, RA processing, and monthly Open RA reporting, while supporting the Operations Supervisor and serving as a backup on phone and email. The role offers hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report and schedule with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and obtain POD or survey customers to confirm delivery.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders with scheduled dates.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor's phone and email.
