Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party relationships with network carriers and ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing.

The role supports the Operations Supervisor and handles return trucks coordination and carrier inquiries. The position offers hourly pay, with a clear schedule Monday–Friday, and benefits typical of Ryder’s full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and related experience required.
• Exempt/salary pay type and hourly rate specified.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and coordinate with network carriers.
• Update RTBS orders and schedule with carriers.
• Process RAs and related documentation for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Update delivery and invoicing data to enable client billing.
• Respond to invoice questions from carrier invoicing team.
• Assist supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for supervisor's phone and email.
