Responsibilities include processing RAs, managing open RA reports, and coordinating with network carriers to ensure on-time delivery and responsive invoicing. Requires an operations background and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; coordinate with Network Carriers for scheduling.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the 'Over 50' report (delivery dates >50 days) and coordinate PODs or follow ups to enable invoicing.
