Job summary

USPack provides a path to a rewarding career in logistics. The Operations Manager oversees transportation services for an assigned client group, coordinating Independent Contractors to move goods from client locations to designated stops.

You will manage service quality, margins, and driver pay, with a focus on reliability and client satisfaction. Monday–Friday, 6am–3pm, with 50–75% travel to Englewood and Airmont.

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics/courier routing and client services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation services for assigned clients.
• Contract and coordinate Independent Contractors as delivery drivers.
• Monitor routes, stops, client concerns, and service issues.
• Ensure timely service and adherence to budgets and margins.
• Perform driver pay activities and related reconciliations.
