USPack is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee transportation services for a group of clients, coordinating with Independent Contractors and client teams to meet service levels. The role emphasizes relationship-building, route planning, and issue resolution across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in logistics or transportation environments preferred.
• Strong communicational and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Client to build relationships and complete visit documentation.
• Review OTD, piece scan and location scan by account; issue resolution via DIRs.
• Coordinate with Independent Contractors, plan routes, ensure timeliness and compliance.
