Job summary

USPack is a leading logistics provider offering same-day delivery solutions. The Operations Manager role focuses on coordinating transportation services for a group of customers by contracting independent drivers from our network and ensuring timely, accurate delivery from client locations to designated sites.

The position requires experience in logistics, strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to travel 50% of the time within CO area and parts of CA.

Qualifications

• Experience with utilizing ICs and managing logistics/courier routes.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to build relationships and document visits.
• Review on-time delivery and location scans, resolve issues using DIRs.
• Manage independent contractor activities and verify capabilities.
• Coordinate routes, stops, and client concerns; communicate changes.
• Ensure contractor compliance with SOPs, paperwork, and apparel.
• Monitor gross margin and negotiate contracted services with ICs.
