Job summary

USPack in Randolph, MA is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to ensure delivery routes and independent contractor (IC) partnerships run smoothly. You will monitor routes, coordinate IC check-ins, and support dispatch to meet client requirements.

The role requires basic MS Office, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Some overtime is required; college degree or equivalent experience preferred. Pay starts at $20 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience required.
• Proactive and resourceful with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean vehicle.
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and IC check-in is complete.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes to ICs.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays or problems to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services in requested vehicle type and comply with processes.
• Assist ICs with issues during dispatch and arrange STAT coverage when needed.
• Complete daily service reports and contract ICs as needed.
