Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including inbound/outbound and product slotting.
• Schedule labor, manage space, and allocate equipment and manpower.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate with senior management and clients on critical issues.
