Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound processes, labor scheduling, and space utilization. You will manage daily warehouse activities, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound/outbound activities and labor scheduling.
• Plan daily work schedule and assign duties to staff.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity goals are met.
• Manage client communication and reporting.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff and implement improvements.
