Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations across multiple shifts, providing advanced oversight and people leadership. You will partner with the Operations Manager to manage labor, space, equipment, and manpower to meet safety, service, and cost objectives.

The role requires coaching Supervisors, workforce planning, SOP compliance, and driving productivity and KPIs while supporting continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, distribution, or relevant environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience leading complex operations, multiple teams, or shifts.
• Advanced MHE knowledge and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff meetings to review daily/weekly work and support improvements.
• Communicate operational issues to management and clients.
• Oversee larger, multi-shift operations within the facility.
• Coach and mentor Supervisors and lead team members.
