Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Route Coordinator to ensure timely delivery and strong customer service. You will coordinate independent contractors, monitor routes, and handle reporting tasks in a Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm window, with a pay rate starting at $20 per hour.

Ideal candidates have basic MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. TSA training and a Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team

Qualifications

• College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Employees assigned to support Life Science customer(s) must successfully complete TSA Security Threat Assessment and all required TSA security training prior to performing any function involving unescorted access to regulated cargo, and must obtain and maintain all required Life Science certifications within ninety (90) days of hire.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage, IC check-in complete and communicated to the customer, routes run on time.
• Create routes per customer requirements and ensure dispatch provides services; communicate changes to dispatch and ICs.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet customer requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays and problems to the customer and dispatch department.
• Ensure ICs provide services in the requested vehicle type and comply with login processes.
• Assist ICs with issues during dispatch and arrange STAT coverage when needed.
