Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to support contracting with independent contractors, monitor routes, and ensure on-time delivery across client operations. You will assist in arranging STAT coverage, coordinate with dispatch, and maintain documentation and reports.

The role requires basic MS Office experience, strong organization, and the ability to work Monday–Friday 11am–7:30pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Entry-level coordinator role requiring organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solving and resourcefulness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and timely performance.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays or problems to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services as per requested vehicle type.
• Assist in IC contracting and in completing daily service reports.
