Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level coordinator to oversee contractor networks and ensure routes are covered and on time. You will verify IC check-ins, communicate with customers, and monitor dispatch to meet delivery windows.

This role requires building relationships with ICs and customers, ensuring vehicle type compliance, and maintaining paperwork. The position offers full-time hours, with shift schedule Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 6:30pm and a pay rate of $20–$21 per hour, depending

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience required.
• Proactive and resourceful; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks with deadlines.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean, functional vehicle.
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.
• College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage, IC check-in complete and communicated to the customer.
• Create routes per customer requirements and confirm dispatch for delivery services.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet customer requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays and problems to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services in requested vehicle type and comply with login processes.
• Assist ICs with issues during dispatch and arrange STAT coverage when needed.
• Restructure routes for on-time execution when required.
• Ensure ICs’ services comply with customer regulations and complete daily reports.
• Prepare administrative reports and ensure IC paperwork is up to date.
• Ensure ICs wear uniform shirts with visible ID badges for security.
