Job summary

USPack is seeking a hands-on, entry-level Operations Coordinator to support daily dispatch activities and contractor coordination. You will monitor routes, coordinate independent contractors (ICs), and help ensure on-time delivery while generating routine service and administrative reports.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and effective communication with clients and ICs. The position offers weekday shifts and hourly pay between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour, plus benefits where

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor to ensure all routes are covered and IC check-in is complete, routes on time.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes to dispatch and ICs.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet customer delivery times as requested.
• Communicate delays or problems to customer and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services with the correct vehicle type as requested by customer.
• Complete daily service reports and required administrative paperwork.
• Follow up with ICs to ensure paperwork is up to date and shirts/ID badges are worn as required.
