Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level operations coordinator to support our routing and independent contractor network in York. You will monitor routes, coordinate IC check-in, and ensure on-time delivery with a focus on quality service.

Ideal candidates have basic MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role offers a Monday-Saturday style shift with pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proactive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• College degree or HS diploma with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes, IC check-in, and communicate with customers.
• Create routes per customer requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with dispatch, monitor schedules, and report delays.
• Ensure ICs provide contracted services and maintain paperwork.
• Complete daily service reports and assist with IC contracting.
