Job summary

USPack is a leading logistics provider delivering same-day solutions. This entry-level position coordinates contract ICs, monitors routes, and ensures on-time delivery to clients. You’ll create routes, track dispatch, and handle daily reports while maintaining compliance with customer requirements.

Ideal candidates have basic MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) experience required.
• Proactive and resourceful; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks with deadlines.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and a clean vehicle.
• Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure IC check-in and on-time delivery.
• Create routes per customer requirements and coordinate with ICs.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays to customer and dispatch department.
• Ensure ICs use the vehicle type requested by the customer.
• Ensure IC login compliance and EC-mobile usage.
• Assist ICs with issues encountered during dispatch.
• Assist in arranging STAT coverage for customers as needed.
• Restructure routes as needed to ensure on-time execution.
• Ensure ICs provide contracted services per customer regulations.
• Assist with contracting of ICs as needed.
• Complete daily service reports and administrative paperwork.
• Follow up with ICs to ensure paperwork is up to date.
• Ensure ICs wear uniform with visible ID badge per customer rules.
