Job summary

Gouspack is seeking an entry-level Operations Coordinator to help ensure delivery routes are covered and customer needs are met. You will work with Independent Contractors (ICs) to coordinate pickup and delivery, monitor dispatch, and resolve delays to keep routes on schedule.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. The position is full-time and located in Woodbridge, VA.

Qualifications

• Basic MS Office Programs experience required.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize competing tasks.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean vehicle.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage, IC check-in, and on-time execution.
• Coordinate with customers and ICs, and communicate changes to dispatch.
• Assist in contracting ICs and maintain paperwork and reports.
• Create admin reports and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with overtime as needed.
