Job summary

USPack in Randolph, MA is seeking an entry‑level Operations Coordinator to help monitor routes, coordinate independent contractors, and ensure on‑time delivery for our clients. You will work with dispatch to align service levels, respond to changes, and support daily logistics tasks.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8:30am‑5pm, with overtime and weekend work possible to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must have basic MS Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Fast-paced, proactive, and resourceful with strong prioritization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean vehicle.
• Ability to build meaningful business relationships with customers.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate IC check-ins and communicate changes to dispatch.
• Monitor dispatch board and ensure requested delivery times are met.
• Communicate delays and issues to customers and dispatch.
• Ensure ICs provide services with correct vehicle type.
• Assist ICs with issues during dispatch.
• Prepare daily service reports and other required paperwork.
• Ensure IC paperwork is up to date and properly IDs.
