Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role focuses on managing 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, and accurate billing, while maintaining customer satisfaction. Key duties include processing RAs, updating RTBS reports, managing the Open RA and over-50 reports, and supporting the Operations Supervisor with logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One (1) year or more years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Research and update orders on RTBS reports and coordinate with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and obtain POD or follow up with customer to confirm delivery.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
