Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator for our Supply Chain Solutions division in New Albany, OH.

The role focuses on managing 4th party carrier relationships to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and overall customer satisfaction. The position requires an operations/ logistics background, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with internal teams and external carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year or more related experience required
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on RTBS report and schedule with Carriers
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related items for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and obtain POD or confirm delivery to invoice the client
• Respond to pending invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
• Performs other duties as assigned.
