Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

The role requires an operations background in logistics/transportation, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work with carriers to schedule and complete orders. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and fax to Network Carriers.
• Update RTBS orders with carriers and schedule orders.
• Process RAs and RA clarifications for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report monthly.
• Investigate orders on the Over 50 report and verify delivery/POD; update invoicing.
• Respond to invoice questions from Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks.
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email.
