Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics/Delivery Operations Coordinator in Texas to support day-to-day home delivery operations. You will liaise between customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal support teams to ensure timely service and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing delivery records, supporting route execution, and producing operational reports.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple duties simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and support route execution with Operations and Warehouses.
• Maintain delivery documentation (Bills of Lading, service orders, manifests) and records.
• Enter and update customer, order, and contractor information in company systems.
• Support daily business activities by generating reports and distribution of documents.
