Job summary

The Suddath Companies in Tennessee is seeking a Coordinator to support day-to-day home delivery operations, acting as a liaison between customers, Operations, independent contractors, and internal support teams.

You will handle customer service, order management, delivery documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate service, with an emphasis on organization and clear communication.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; not required.
• Previous office experience required.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and support customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve service matters.
• Maintain delivery-related documentation (BOLs, service orders, manifests).
• Manage administrative processes supporting delivery execution and documentation retention.
• Enter and update customer, order, and contractor information.
• Monitor open or exception orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Support daily delivery schedules and route execution.
• Prepare reports and operational documentation.
• Process and track returns and shipment information.
• Maintain organized documentation distribution.
• Promote service excellence through interdepartmental communication.
