Job summary

Suddath Company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day home delivery operations, acting as a liaison among customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal teams. You will assist with customer service, order management, delivery documentation, and operational follow-up to ensure timely and accurate service execution.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organized record-keeping, and effective communication to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and support customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and maintain delivery-related documentation (Bills of Lading, service orders, manifests).
• Manage administrative processes supporting delivery execution and record retention.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer, order, delivery, and contractor information.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve service and operational issues.
• Prepare and distribute reports and documentation to support daily activities.
