Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to help coordinate warehouse floor activities and shipments. You will serve as the main contact for drivers and carriers, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication across teams.

The role includes supporting order wave processes, returns, and reporting, while assisting the warehouse team to maintain smooth operations and accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Six months in customer service, client-facing, or clerical role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Warehouse or light industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and document handling.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and carriers and maintain professional communication.
• Schedule shipments through TMS and align with truck schedules.
• Manage Bills of Ladings and check receiving process accuracy.
• Assist warehouse leads and generate required operation reports.
• Wave orders and document returns and exchanges.
• Verify appointments with carriers and maintain records.
