Job summary

DP World in Palmetto, GA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator Lead to manage customer orders, escalations, and reporting across the life cycle of orders. You will collaborate with Key Account control tower staff and ensure timely, accurate KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities include processing orders via the internal system (EDI or manual), coordinating inbound and outbound operations, and communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations & a large volume of day to day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
• Build close working relationship with Key Account control tower staff.
• Ensure a large number of customer & carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination activities to support product inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Process order setup via internal system including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.
