Job summary

DP World in Fairburn, GA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound/outbound operations. You will coordinate with customers, carriers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, on time, and aligned with KPI targets.

You will build relationships, troubleshoot issues quickly, manage reporting and inventory, and adapt to fast-changing priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, or planning.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Excel advanced features are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, escalations and day-to-day reporting for orders.
• Build relationships with customer contacts and understand daily requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning to support inbound/outbound operations.
• Process and manage customer orders in internal systems, including EDI feeds.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed on time to meet KPI targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain expectations.
• Complete weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, operations, and stakeholders.
• Assist with resolving concerns and operational issues promptly.
• Support additional logistics activities as needed.
