• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and day-to-day reporting throughout the lifecycle of customer orders.
• Build strong working relationships with key customer contacts and understand their daily business requirements.
• Coordinate scheduling and planning activities to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Process and manage customer orders through internal systems, including EDI feeds and manual order creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed on time to meet customer expectations and KPIs.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure inventory expectations are maintained.
• Complete weekly and monthly customer and carrier performance reports accurately and on time.
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, operations teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Support additional logistics and operational activities as needed.
