Job summary

DP World in Union City, GA seeks an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage daily operations and support inbound/outbound shipments. You’ll coordinate orders, collaborate with control tower staff, and ensure KPI-driven performance.

Strong Excel, problem-solving, and clear communication with internal and external partners are essential. Experience with EDI and internal systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service background in logistics or planning.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot; etc.).
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and daily reports through the order lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to meet business needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports for customers and carriers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound operations with scheduling and planning.
• Set up orders in internal systems, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure timely picking and processing to meet KPI targets and inventory expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
