Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports across the lifecycle of customer orders.
• Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to understand day-to-day business requirements and service accordingly.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports with accurate content.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Set up orders via internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and monitor inventory levels per customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
