DP World in Union City, GA is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator Lead to coordinate daily operations and deliver reliable service. The role focuses on customer order lifecycle management, reporting, and collaboration with control tower staff to meet KPI targets.

The ideal candidate has a customer service background in logistics or planning, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports across the lifecycle of customer orders.
• Collaborate with Key Account control tower staff to understand day-to-day business requirements and service accordingly.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly customer and carrier performance reports with accurate content.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Set up orders via internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and monitor inventory levels per customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
