Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of a logistics operation to maximize scheduling and delivery.
• Interface with customers to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximize schedule adherence.
• Enact contingency plans; escalate during system problems and assist in post-mortem analysis for improvements.
• Review performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide effective leadership to Warehouse Managers and teams, enforcing company standards.
