• Familiar with transportation modes and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide rate quotes for nonstandard transportation and expedited shipments.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery, and track and trace shipments.
• Apply late reason codes for service failure tracking and reporting.
• Work with customers to resolve inventory discrepancies and communicate outcomes.
• Contribute to process flow documentation and SOPs; identify improvement opportunities.
