Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge across customer care, OS&D, billing, tracing, dispatching, weights and inspection.
• Computer skills including MS Word and Excel are required.
• AS400 experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create freight manifest lists using applicable coding.
• Assist dispatcher with assigning pick-up and delivery drivers for local and road deliveries.
• Maintain city dispatch sheet and advise drivers on problems in freight pickup/delivery.
• Schedule, track, trace, and bill shipments.
• Coordinate Line Haul drivers via system information and service centers to move freight timely.
