Estes Express Lines is seeking an organized dispatch clerical professional to support freight movement and service levels in a busy operation. You will help assign drivers, track shipments and coordinate with service centers to resolve issues efficiently.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely communication and adherence to safety and company policies within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• Knowledge across customer care, OS&D, billing, pricing, tracing, dispatching, weights and inspection.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; AS400 experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create freight manifest list using applicable coding.
• Assist dispatcher with assigning pick-up and delivery drivers.
• Maintain city dispatch sheet and advise drivers on issues.
• Schedule, tracking, tracing and billing responsibilities.
• Coordinate Line Haul drivers with information from the computer system and service centers.
• Interact with supervisors, service centers and operations staff to move freight timely.
