NFI Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Urbandale, IA to oversee the Dedicated Fleet operation and assist the Project Manager across the organization.

You will handle load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch duties, and data entry in TMW while coordinating with invoicing to ensure timely customer invoices and KPI reporting. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask.
• Ability and availability to work extended hours if necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains positive working relations with all drivers.
• Provides constant communications of service issues to appropriate personnel and departments.
• Performs load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Coordinates daily data entry into NFI's order-management-system, TMW.
• Coordinates with home-office invoicing team to ensure timely customer invoices.
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of daily and weekly tasks.
• Provides weekly KPI/performance data reports to internal/external parties.
• Coordinates scheduling of truck and trailer maintenance.
• Works with safety department on DriveCam, driver compliance and HOS issues.
• Assists Project Manager with implementing NFI's Safety, Security and Labor policies.
• Assists and provides coverage during vacations/holidays.
• Manages and maintains driver payroll and audits expense reports.
• Provides assistance to Project Manager wherever needed.
