Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Kansas City, MO to manage load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch within the Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources. You will coordinate data entry in TMW, assist invoicing for timely customer bills, and support the Project Manager with safety and policy implementations.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to work extended hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• MS Office and TMW experience strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work extended hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch.
• Maintain daily data entry in TMW.
• Work with invoicing team to ensure timely customer invoices.
• Provide weekly KPI/performance reports.
• Assist Project Manager and safety with policies.
• Maintain driver payroll and expense reports.
• Audit and approve driver expenses.
• Provide coverage across departments during vacations.
