Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Logistics Coordinator to coordinate routes, monitor ICs, and ensure timely deliveries. The role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and a clean vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and IC check-ins are complete and on schedule.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes to dispatch and ICs.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet delivery times and notify customers of delays.
• Ensure ICs provide services in the requested vehicle type and comply with login processes.
• Assist ICs with issues under dispatch and arrange for STAT coverage when needed.
• Restructure routes to ensure on-time delivery and contract adherence.
• Complete daily service reports and generate administrative paperwork as directed.
• Ensure IC paperwork is up to date and that uniforms and IDs are compliant.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
