Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level operations coordinator to ensure routes are covered, ICs are checked in, and deliveries stay on schedule. The role involves creating routes, monitoring dispatch, and communicating with customers to resolve issues. Requires basic MS Office, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work overtime.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with pay from $20 per hour. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and develop customer relationships while adhering to

Qualifications

• College Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent mix of education and experience.
• TSA security training and Life Science certifications within 90 days of hire.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure IC check-in is complete and on time.
• Create routes per customer requirements and communicate changes.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet requested delivery times.
• Communicate delays to customer and dispatch department.
• Ensure ICs provide services in the requested vehicle type.
• Assist with IC contracting and paperwork up to date.
• Complete daily service reports and administrative reports.
• Ensure ICs wear uniform with visible ID badge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
