Job summary

USPack is seeking a detail-oriented entry-level coordinator to support delivery operations. You will monitor routes, communicate with independent contractors, and ensure timely service while maintaining compliance with customer requirements.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime and weekend work may be required as part of a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience required.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TSA security requirements for Life Science roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routes to ensure ICs (independent contractors) meet delivery requirements.
• Monitor dispatch board and communicate updates to customers and ICs.
• Prepare and file daily service reports and administrative paperwork.
• Ensure ICs wear proper ID and follow customer security policies.
• Support contracting activities with ICs and assist in on-time delivery execution.
• Occasional overtime, weekend or holiday work may be required.
