Job summary

USPack is seeking an entry-level Dispatch Coordinator to support route planning and IC coordination. You will monitor routes, ensure timely deliveries, and communicate scheduling changes to dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities include creating routes, coordinating dispatch, maintaining documentation, and assisting with IC contracting as needed. Requires basic MS Office skills and a proactive, fast-paced attitude.

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma with equivalent experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor routes to ensure coverage and timely delivery; communicate with ICs and customers.
• Create routes per customer requirements and coordinate dispatch changes.
• Monitor dispatch board to meet customer requested times and update teams.
• Ensure ICs provide services in requested vehicle type and comply with login processes.
• Assist in arranging STAT coverage and restructure routes for on-time execution.
• Complete daily service reports and prepare administrative paperwork as directed.
• Follow up with ICs to keep paperwork up to date and maintain ID badges.
